KATC is governed by a Board of Trustees and has a professional staff of 25 plus a support staff of 50. The professional staff have expertise in soil science, agronomy, agro forestry, economics, extension, organic certification, accounts, maintenance and farm production. KATC is involved with training, extension, research, production and lobbying and advocacy (awareness, education and communication).
